Merry Christmas Everyone!

I just wanted to send a quick note to everyone.  I hope you are all enjoying family and friends during the holiday season and being thankful for all the blessings that come your way. I am so thankful for all of my friends who have helped jump-start my blog. Some of you did the feedburner and some are follows and some aren't even crafters but you still supported me. That means so much to me!
Ok..... So get back to your Family and Friends.
It's Christmas, why are you reading this?
I love you all!

Simple is Sometimes Smart (SSS)

Hello My Friends and Happy Holidays.
If you're like me, you're scrambling right about now to finish things up. I needed to make some tags for my pomegranate jelly I made for everyone. (I'll post the finished project if I get a chance). I made all of these tags in about 1 1/2 hours. I can spend hours on one project and knew I didn't have time for that.

I left the ink on so you could see the
details you can get from the Stampmaker

I started with pre-made tags from Graphic45's Christmas Past Collection (loved them). I just started cutting squares of cardstock, distress ink by Ranger in tea dye, pine needles and fired brick, added stamping, embossing and bling.  I created 2 stamps with my stampmaker (snowflakes and trees). I really enjoyed making the snowflakes because I did so many different stamping techniques....... Embossing, distressing, double imaging and bling! I hope you are enjoying your holidays and not being too stressed.  Try to remember "Simple is sometimes smart."

First project!

Hello All:
I've been playing away with the TC Stampmaker and I'm ready to share one of my projects. I know! I know! It took me a while but I've been soooo busy at my regular job and home life, I haven't had a moment. So,  here you go..... Tell me what you think. You'll be able to see the negatives, stamps and final project in the pictures.  For a list of measurements and supplies, please follow my blog and/or send me an email and I'll get you the info. Woo hoo! I love my stampmaker!

This card is a classic double fold card with matching envelope.
I wanted to show you the stampmaker's capabilities along
with some pics of the process.

The inside of the card is another stamp
that was super easy.

I wish you could see clearly the bling on this card
It was so fun to create. I used Bazzil cardstock for my
base. You can use any printed cardstock to personalize

Simple as 1, 2, 3
First create

Print your negative
And make your stamp.
Sorry. I didn't clean them up before the pic.

Check out the Stampmaker!

Ok! Here's the debut (on my blog!) of the Teresa Collins Stampmaker. The machine allows you to create your own custom clear polymer stamps, stencils and embossing dyes. Let me tell you....... It is soooo easy and the possibilities are endless. I traveled to Phoenix and had a great time with Sally and Charlie learning all the in and outs of the machine. More to come on that! So check out the pics and....... if you're interested in getting more information please contact me. I will  be posting dates and locations for demos soon so you can actually check it out! Happy Stamping!

Hello All:
Everything is finalized and I'm heading to Phoenix next week to train on the Teresa Collins stamp machine.
It's a rainy afternoon here in Lincoln so I'm finishing up some projects that I will post soon. I'll be sharing some projects using the machine when I get back. Wish me luck, I'm so excited!

Welcome Jan and Michelle. My first two! Thank you so much.

Exciting news!

I know we are just getting started here but I wanted to share some exciting news. I've been talking with Photocentric, Inc about demonstrating the Teresa Collins stampmaking machine. We are in the final preparations and I'm making arrangements to head to Phoenix for training. This is the coolest machine I've seen in a long time and I can't wait to share it with you all (all two of you so far) But we're going to grow. More to come......

Hello Y'all and Welcome to Lazy Cowgirl.

First and foremost I want to give credit where credit is due. The header you see is from Shabbyblogs.com. I'm still trying to get their logo on the site to give them the acknowledgement they deserve! Now I am still working on this blog because I have no idea what I'm doing. What my goals are:
  • Provide a fun place just to gab about all kinds of crafty things.
  • A place to post pictures of your favorite crafty item.
  • A place to talk about me me me and of course, my family.
  • To shamelessly promote my Lazy Cowgirl products and send you to my retail website (whenever THAT gets done).
The rules:
  1. Any crafty item that you make can be posted. If you want to provide instructions to share, that's great too.
  2. Nasty, dirty, naughty, gross and basically disgusting items don't belong here. Hey, we're a family friendly place.
  3. HELP ME!!!!! Cuz I don't have a clue as to what I'm doing!
SO that's it for now........ If I think of anything else I'll let you know. AND...... Could someone be my first follower please? I'm feeling like no one will be my friend. :)
